Overview
South-West London charity SPEAR (a charity supporting people experiencing homelessness) wanted to launch a social campaign to raise awareness of their cause. Focusing on hostile architecture, we developed an excessively hostile bench to highlight the challenges faced by those experiencing homelessness daily.

The Brief
Placed throughout South-West London, a video was created to capture how the public responded to and interacted with the bench. An engraved plaque on the bench reads, 'Hostile Architecture is only subtle when it doesn't affect you.'
